ANIMAL FIRST AID COURSES
Keeping calm
in an emergency and knowledge
of first aid can help save lives!
The
Course
The aim of our Animal First Aid Course is to provide animal lovers'
with the necessary information, skills and confidence required to
stabilize an injured animal until veterinary help can be reached.
Emphasis is placed on the prevention of illness and injury, the
importance of early veterinary care and the appropriate restraining
of an injured animal.

During the course you will be able to practice most of the skills on
live animals.
Your pets are welcome on the course providing they are healthy,
fully vaccinated and get on well with people and other pets! (one
pet per person please).
Bring a camera, taking a photo of your pet all bandaged up is
definitely one for the album! Your pet will even get his own
certificate.
The course is open to anyone, even if you don't have a pet. Useful
skills are never wasted!
Although the course focuses on cats and dogs, the skills you learn
will also be applicable to other similar sized animals.
